The Organizing Committee will send the acceptance decision and further instructions to the email address provided during submission. Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam or junk folder.

If you need to correct the title, author information, affiliation, or other details of an abstract that has already been submitted, please contact the Organizing Committee through the Contact Us page. When contacting us, please provide the abstract title and the name of the presenting author.

Important Registration Deadlines

Early bird registration closes on October 31, 2026.

Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must complete conference registration and payment by November 15, 2026, to ensure that their abstracts are included in the final technical program.
