Travel Guide to City University of Hong Kong (CityU)

From Hong Kong International Airport

  • Taxi: Approximately 30 minutes, costing around HKD 300-400 (including tolls and luggage surcharge), direct to campus.

  • MTR Route:

    1. Take the Airport Express to "Tsing Yi Station" (17 mins);

    2. Transfer to the Tung Chung Line to "Lai King Station", then switch to the Tsuen Wan Line to "Prince Edward Station". Finally, transfer to the "Kwun Tong Line" and get off at "Kowloon Tong Station";

    3. Walk 5 minutes from Exit C. Total cost ~HKD 80, total time ~1 hour.

From Shenzhen Ports (Lok Ma Chau/Luohu)

  • MTR Route:

            Take the East Rail Line (towards Admiralty) from "Lok Ma Chau               Station" or "Luohu Station" to "Kowloon Tong Station"

             Lok Ma Chau → Kowloon Tong: ~40 mins​

             Luohu → Kowloon Tong: ~40 mins           

             Walk 5 minutes from Exit C. Total cost ~HKD 50, total time ~1                hour.

CityU Lodge (the Lodge) at CityU was established in October 2021. The Lodge provides a lodging facility for guests who participate in CityU related academic programmes or serve academic purposes in connection with the University.
The 8-storey Alice Cheng Hall and the 7-storey Jockey Club Hall provide the Lodge with a total of 80 guestrooms with four types of room including Standard Room, Superior Room, Deluxe Room and Suite.

Harbour Plaza Metropolis is situated in the heart of Kowloon, overlooking the spectacular world-famous Victoria Harbour. Conveniently located near the MTR Hunghom Station, it provides easy access to other districts in Kowloon, New Territories and the Southern part of China.
