Registration

1. General Information

The registration fee includes attendance of all conference sessions, morning/afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch on November 28 and 29, as well as the conference banquet on the evening of November 28.

Please note that the registration fee does not include travel or accommodation arrangements.

3. Online Registration & Payment
Payment for the registration must be made by credit card, Alipay, or WeChat. Each participant must register individually and provide a valid email address upon registering. Group registration is not permitted.
An official payment receipt will be issued by the PolyU Financial Office and sent to your email address after registration and payment are successfully completed. A Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to participants after the event.

Please note that this portal will officially become effective and open on July 1, 2026. Prospective participants are kindly requested to complete their registration and payment starting from that date. Thank you for your understanding.
 

4. Important Notes for Authors & Presenters

  • Finalization of Participation: Participation in the conference is considered final only once the registration fee has been fully paid.

  • Abstract Deadline: To ensure your abstract is included in the conference program, at least one author must register and pay for the presentation (Oral or Poster) by November 15, 2026. Your abstract will be withdrawn if registration is not completed by this date.

  • Invited Speakers & Chairs: Plenary/Keynote Speakers (by invitation), the Conference Chair/Co-Chairs, Session Chairs/Co-Chairs, and Gold/Silver Sponsors (2 participants per Sponsor) do NOT need to submit abstracts online or perform online registration. Their registration fees are waived, and they will be registered directly by the Organizing Committee.
     

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​Cancellation of paid registration prior to the conference starting date (Nov. 27, 2026) is eligible for a refund under the following timeline:

Refund 85% of the applying fees (15% is retained for the administration cost)

6. Terms & Conditions

  • Disclaimer: The statements, opinions, and data presented at this conference or on this website are solely those of the individual participant(s) and contributor(s) and not of the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee disclaims responsibility for any injury to people or property resulting from any ideas, methods, instructions, or products referred to in the content.

  • Photography & Video Policy: Photographs and/or videos will be taken during the conference. By taking part in this event, you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity, or other purposes to help achieve the conference’s aims. This includes, but is not limited to, printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications.

  • Insurance: The organizers do not accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property incurred as a result of participation in ISBB 2026. Delegates are advised to arrange appropriate insurance to cover travel, cancellation, or medical costs, and theft or damage of belongings.
